Product development 0 → 1

We build apps from
zero to the app store.

Mobile and desktop. iOS, Android, macOS, Windows. Flutter, Go, Django, Google Cloud. We took five of our own products from idea to store release - now we do it for clients.

One senior team, all the way to the store

A small team of senior people only - an architect, a developer and a dedicated QA engineer, no juniors learning on your budget. We own your product from the first line of code to passing App Store and Google Play review: scope, build, testing and publishing, nothing handed off.

You talk directly to the people doing the work, and one team is accountable for the release - so nothing falls between the cracks. You own the code and the accounts, with no lock-in.

How to work with us

Fixed price, fixed deadline. No hourly billing and no surprises halfway through.

Discovery Sprint

2 weeks
$4,000 - $5,000fixed price

We start small. In two weeks we turn the idea into something concrete: scope, architecture, a clickable prototype and a fixed quote with a delivery date. You walk away with a document you can show investors - even if you build it with someone else.

  • Scope and priority workshop
  • Clickable prototype
  • Architecture and technology choices
  • Quote and timeline for the first release

Maintenance & support

billed monthly
$2,500/ month

After launch the product starts to live: new OS versions ship, store requirements change, infrastructure costs grow. We keep the app running and keep it in the stores.

  • Incident response and infrastructure upkeep
  • Updates for new iOS and Android versions and for App Store and Google Play requirements
  • Store releases and review handling
  • Performance monitoring, backups and cloud cost optimization
  • Ready to hand the code over to your in-house team whenever you need it
Let's talk

We also take over projects started elsewhere - code audit, scope assessment and ownership of further development.

From idea to app store in four steps

01

Scope

We agree what goes into the first release and what follows right after it. Nothing leaves the list - it is about order, because the tighter the first release, the sooner real users see it and the more you know before you spend the rest of the budget.

02

Build

Two-week iterations, each ending with a build you can install. There is no “almost done” phase dragging on for months.

03

Testing

Testing is done by someone who did not write the code. That is why the app does not fall over at the first demo or in front of the first real user.

04

Release

We handle certificates, signing, notarization and store review. This is where first releases most often stall - we have been through it five times.

Three people, not thirty

You talk to the people writing your code - not to an account manager relaying messages. A small team also means you are not paying for three layers of management above the project.

Behind us are 13 years of work on systems for UniCredit, Citi Bank and Credit Agricole. We know what software that simply has to work - with real money and a regulator behind it - looks like, and we build accordingly.
